Effect of Workplace Spirituality on Perceived Organizational Support and Job Performance among University Administrative Employees

The need to fully exploit human resources for competitive advantage has brought spirituality into the work setting. study set examine predictive relationship workplace with perceived organizational support and job performance. assessment is premised on Rego Cunha's five-workplace dimension model. This adopted a correlational design self-administered questionnaire of 118 university administrative employees at university. research hypotheses were tested regression analysis. Results show that composite correlates positively significantly However, only few dimensions positive significant results. shows enhancing improves Therefore, it recommended resource management practitioners recognize influence in effective functioning organization.
